So I went to start coloring this in Procreate and discovered that with the size and resolution of the image, my iPad could support at most 0 layers. So I bought some new watercolor brushes for Affinity and did the colors in that app on my Mac. I think they still look pretty good. I like the way painting in Procreate feels better, though.
Edit: I resized the drawing on the page a little so Tom’s whisker wouldn’t get cut off and Hash would have a little more headroom. I replaced the main image in this post. This is what it looked like before:
