   Hey, I’m not sure who I’m talking to here but I hope it’s the artist or the owner of the rights for this picture. Is this picture copyrighted or could i use it on a shirt for a local band. It would not be sold, just for personal use for one of the members of the band during their shows. That is the only way it would be used unless other use is authorized. If this is possible in any way could someone email me the process if there is one. Thanks in advance.
